ASP site transfer

To move three sites from three locations onto a new ASP server. One site uses MS SQL, the other uses Access. The other site is static i.e. no database, but it is built in a strange way with XSLT and other strange ways to display a static page.
There are 6 or so domains that need to be configured on the new server. But four point to the same site.
Based in SW London, ideally the candidate will work on site for the duration of the transfer.
