Sales team developer and leader

You will seek and develop new outlets and venues for a new product.
To recruit, organise, and motivate sales agents. You and the agents will be operating totally on generous commission based payments.
The selling areas will be entirely city centre based, initially in Bath and Yeovil, although some work from home will be possible.
You will provide your own vehicle, and communication support, at your own cost.
We provide all other support material.
We provide office back-up, and overall business management.
