Dynamic Flash Interface with ASP/ASP.NET/XML CMS

To develop a secure CMS (login) which updates an xml database (around ten data sets) to display charts in a dynamic flash interface. Typical chart would be progress along a timeline showing projected and actual time taken, budget expenditure showing projected and actual, task allocation to individual personnel. Design will have been approved and will be provided. UK based only please, South East preferred in case we need to meet, but not essential.
