MS Power Point and Viso Template Designer

I am looking for some one to develop/design a slide set in Power Point-- for reporting at various levels of the business.
Individual must be able to demonstatere previous portfolio of powerpoint designs / presentations and also process flow/ viso mapping.
A full spec of the reporting requirements wil be released to the specified individual -- so that they can start design work.
Creatiion of trackers in excel to hold business information and updates also an advantage.
