Creation of Online PDF files using .NET

We have a requirement for a quote to produce a personalised online version of a network catalogue. Users would select which petrol stations they required from a list of 700 or so, organised by country, we then write each of those details to a PDF template that will then be capable of downloading.
Each of the site details will be available as a PDF file (or as a series of EPS files). Essentially we produce one page containing three stations details per page. There are also individual country specific title pages that will be inserted, depending on what countries the user selects.
The site would essentially need to be self-sufficient, possibly even with a seperate hosting option, but should be written in .NET to retain compatability with the existing site.
So, creation of multipage PDFs from individual PDFs using templates etc. Anyone who has experience of this sort of p[roject, obviously great (and a working example would be really good to sell it in to the client:-)
