Experience
I am a seasoned Internet professional with a background in instructional systems design, course development, Web-based training, and leader-led instruction. Most recently, I have served as the development manager of three highly successful Web development teams. In addition to architecting Web-related tools and solutions, I supervised multiple staff members, conducted interviews, administered reviews, and even handled a few disciplinary issues. In addition, I have a proven track record in both Web- and Training-related initiatives, and have successfully coordinated, including hands-on development, the launch of both customer- and employee-facing Web sites and applications. Through my firm, 360 Partners LLC, I am currently building regional "city guide" portals for Central Texas communities. In addition, I have devised a number of self-service Web site solutions for small businesses. These solutions allow for online content maintenance and editing. I am available for corp-to-corp, 1099, and/or direct placement opportunities. Please note that much of my work has been proprietary, or for intranet/internal audiences, only. Please inquire about my extensive body of intranet-related experience.
