I have gained experience in dealing with the PlayStation Community at SCEE. The role was varied with a high volume of tasks, it involved content creation for all social media platforms, moderation of user generated content as well as reporting consumer’s issues and gaming trends and maintaining the forums, keeping a good vibe and atmosphere within the online community which is suitable for all ages.

Also, I have three years of testing experience in QA. The challenges proposed by the role have varied throughout the years and included hands-on testing, managing testing teams and training new testers. This has not only given me a keen eye to detail, it has also taught me to how to communicate specific skill-sets to new trainees, as well as how to maintain these same skills through guidance and motivation of the team.
