Just thought that I would give my perspectiive on this...
I would rank hands on higher than corporate because jumping in and getting
your hands dirty has to be better than being sent on a course by a corporate
employer...
But I suppose at the end of the day the employer just needs someone who can
do the job well and doesn't really care how they learned to do it....
