URGENT- Web Designer

Hi,

I have been approached for a contract which I can't handle on my own and
hence looking for a freelancer. It involves designing the user interface, a
few designs and the site structure too though we can get in a HTML guy for
this.
Normally I would let this one go but its a prestigious project.
