FN-PRO Work, anyone?

This thread has recently continued off-list, but I thought it would be
useful to say where this potential collaboration stood.

There are 4 people with an interest in this. Two of us have been approached
independently to bid for the work, so there are going to be two bids: one of
them (mine) relies upon the creation of a small team from this list . Not
because the project needs a team, but because I'm more interested in the
dynamics of such a team than I am, really, in this project per se.

It's not too late if anyone else wants to reply to the original message in
the thread.

(If I do get this work, I'll probably be asking the other bidder to do some
of the work, so he's in a win-win situation!)

I'll report back here how things work out.
