Another one that pisses me off is Telewest's SurfUnlimited - they insist
that an engineer needs to visit and/or (depending on who you talk to in
the call centre) you need a CD.
No, sorry. I need the server addresses (IPs for the DNS, names for
everything
else) and a username/password. I *do not* want someone's CD screwing
with my network settings. And even if they did one for Linux, you think
I'd run a random CD are [EMAIL REMOVED]
