CFX API Installation!!!!

Hi Everyone...

Can anyone help with the following problem..

I need to write a Cold Fusion CFX Tag... I have installed Visual C++ 6.0
Standard Edition and then I installed Cold Fusion Server making sure that
the CFX API Development Kit was ticked to be installed. I then restarted the
machine and ran VC++.... According to all resources (books, web, etc..)
there should now be a Cold Fusion Tag Wizard in the New Project section in
VC++ but there is not... What am I doing wrong???
