I just found some minutes to look at the source code for your fixed
background. You refer to the background image as
The img tag can't be used for background images, you have to refer to a
background image as background-image: url(image.gif)
Try following
However, I would define the background image as a as an embedded style sheet
and then just refer to it via class. Then you can define the height
attributes without causes any conflict with the layer height attributes.
