scripting help!

It's disappointing that none of you expert scripters have not responded =
to my request for help on this message yesterday...........can someone =

Hello everyone, especially to those of you that could provide me with a =
positive response regarding a script which I need to place on a site for =
a client.This is what I need to provide: -A rotating URL redirect script =
that works in the background, you would see no visible change to the =
client's site since the script is working behind the scenes. All it =
needs to do is have a list of the client's affiliates URLs, when a new =
visitor goes to the website the script will take over and redirect that =
visitor to the Affiliates URL which is on the top of the rotating script =
list, the cookie will be placed by the clients affiliate software and =
that customer now becomes the Affiliate who was at the top of the list, =
They then go to the bottom of the list and it starts again. All =
affiliates codes direct to the clients homepage, so basically all it is =
doing is sharing the site's visitors with other affiliates who are =
included in the rotating redirect script. The client needs to be able to =
add and delete urls (using an admin page) and determine a time for them =
to be included. Help! anyone! I have a script that was sent to me which =
is incomplete, but I do not know how to make additions etc to it, I can =
send this file off line if someone with the knowledge is able to help!
