thecounter.com gives out plenty of stats, theyre not representative of the
web as a whole but are a pretty good benchmark

You can open IE4+ fullscreen, with no bars at all, but this isn't advisable
as people just don't like that type of thing. If you want to though, I can
send you the script to do that - easy enough...

I've just noticed that the ftp site I mentioned is really slow. An
alternative, faster ftp site is ftp://ftp.ox.ac.uk/pub/crypto/SSL/. Also,
you can get OpenSSL from there.
