Sorry Mike I was not clear.
I meant a sitemap generator that will output the selected site/directory
structure into a HTML page for use on your site (with tweaking), not just
for visualisation.

Dreamweaver does within the extended 'Site Files' window (F5) if you are on
a local machine or over a network. Edit the 'Site Definition' for your
project and then add the relevant info in the 'Site Map Layout'. You've also
got a few extra options to check including viewing by file name or page
title.
