Does anyone know of a good software/resource for building multiple form
elements into more than one page that then collates and returns the info,
such elements that would need to be included> password, registration,
varying amount of check boxes and other form field elements a bit like on
'firsttuesday.co.uk' (join)..grateful for any info and thanks in advance.
