Sorry for slow response - I get the digest version.

For whoever asked, Ben Forta's CF book is called 'Sams Teach Yourself
ColdFusion Express in 24 Hours' (easier to search by author if buying
online)

And if you're looking for ways to render layers in both browsers, the dhtml
tutorial at www.webmonkey.com gives the code and explains what it does.

but you probably sorted that ages ago..
