I just got back from an unsuccessful attempt to buy petrol but at least =

David,

Textareas don't have a value tag, like the other form elements do. =
Whereas with, say an INPUT tag, you would set the contents via the VALUE =
tag, with a Textarea, you set the contents between the open and close =
tag, like as follows...
