Firstly, will you (and others) PLEASE not send HTML formatted
messages. From your header I see you're using Oulook Express
(X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 5.00.2615.200), so the fix is
simple: go Tools > Options > Send and under 'Mail Sending Format'
check the Plain Text box.
If your 'Help!' appeal was accidentally in HTML because (like me and
others) you create new threads by hitting 'reply' to an existing
message and changing the subject, then you (and others) can avoid
sending HTML unintentionally by going Tools > Options > Send and
UNCHECKING 'Reply to messages using the format in which they were
sent' under 'Sending'
OK, this is a paper-over-the-cracks rather than a full uninstall
solution, but if your immediate problem is caused by something at
start up you can effect a quick fix by using Mike Lin's Start Up
Control Panel, a FREEWARE app from http://www.mlin.net/ to stop it
loading. Install Start Up Control Panel, and then find the relevant
item (Microsoft Webserver) under the HKLM/Run tab... simply uncheck it
and it won't run at start-up.
