Hi Matt,
In that case it looks like you will have to edit your Registry :( be very
careful though.
I have been to another 'Experts' Site to see if there where any other way
and unfortunately there isn't.
This info was provided and should work a treat.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------------------------------------------------------
Remove the actual files involved, which includes 'pwstray.exe' in the
WindowsSystem folder, and the whole 'inetsrv' folder from within the
WindowsSystem folder.
Then open:
"start"
"run"
type "regedit"
click ok
and search for 'pwstray'. One entry is usually found which seems to be the
key to that automatically loads pwstray.exe on bootup,
Deleted this key.
Then searched for 'pws.exe', and again, one key is usually found, which you
should delete.
Then restart the machine,
Additional information:
The system entry for auto start for most software is usually in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/Current Version/Run' (To edit
open regedit)

If you would like to join Experts Exchange (you don't need to be an expert!)
then go to:
http://www.experts-exchange.com/
Let me know if you are successful :-)
Regards Lee.
