It could be something to do with the fact you are using percentages for
widths on the table... NS has a few problems rendering tables in
percentages... try replacing them with the absolute values.

Settings --> Control Panel --> System --> Advanced Tab -->
Click Performance Options -->
Click Change Virtual Memory -->
Max Registry size is at the bottom.

According to Trustwise the certificates are exactly the same type. I
suspect they are not though!

When I try and start my default web service, I am getting the error "WINSOCK
Error: address already in use."
