Calling all Welsh & Scottish peeps

I am trying to put together an accurate list of all counties/regions for
the UK, I think the English list is complete but the Scottish and Welsh
information is still a little unclear...could you take a look at the
lists below and tell me if there are any more I need to add or indeed
any I should remove. I have left these in tags so that you may
use them in your forms etc...Many Thanks.
