Transfering a domain name out of uk2.net

I was wondering whether anyone of the list has successfully
transfered a domain name out of uk2.net. Whenever I ask them about
this topic (via email only - they have no telephone support), they do
not answer. Even when I completed the transfer out forms and paid a
transfer out fee by credit card - they only changed the DNS servers
(even though I requested a *full* transfer) - meaning I have to go
back to them for all technical queries, e.g. changing the address of
the admin contact, leading to more additional costs.

I was therefore wondering if someone on the list has successfully
transfered a domain name out of uk2.net and if so could you share the
secret to success with me.
