Normally B2B channels are there as a Value Added system to encorage people
to have accounts with the customer. Also B2B should streamline the
company's internal structure and therefore should be more cost effective.
It does not generate extra revenue in itself, it make it cost less to do the
same thing.

Does that make sense?
