I agree Norman but, I think, you should look at Ultradev just as you should
look at Dreamweaver. They are aids to building a site and will speed
development up and be more of a visual coding area. They should not create
the end result, they should then have the code added, tweaked or modified.

I don't believe I have ever seen a web program that will create a good page
of the shelf, they ALL need tweaking and modification of the output (how
many times have you seen something like file://c|clients/companya/index.htm
?
