Freeserve problems?

Hello Freelancers,

Does anyone else use Freeserve as their dialup connection?

I've been unable to access any sites or email when connecting via
Freeserve since lunchtime today.

Everything is fine when I use another ISP.

Has anyone else had problems? I can't contact any humans at Freeserve.
