I don't know about adding multiple form actions. I've not tried it.
Alternatively you could use the GET approach, and within your form action,
open a new browser window chucking into the URL all the form variables.
e.g. www.thesecondurl.com?var1=firstname&var2=secondname etc.
A good resource for this type of question would be www.experts-exchange.com.
I've been using it for the last 4 years or so, and I normally get a solution
either same day, or within 5.
And, it's FREE.

why do you want more than one action? as far as i know theres no way of
doing this, and to be honest i cant think of a reason why! :)
