This is some of the best freelancing advice I have read. It would be worth
printing
out and hanging on the wall :-)
I would also suggest you consider who owns the IPR for the work that you do.
I make it a standard clause of my quotes that I retain the IPR for any client
work unless specifically agreed (and quoted) otherwise.
