what the f...?

Afternoon all, i'm currently revamping this site for a friend but i seem to
have a phantom ghost in one of the pages.
visit http://www.smackit.co.uk/fibre/index.html and then make your way to
the Contact Us page, as you can see the the gap under the logo is different
than the rest of the site.

any ideas?
