Yeah, but if they cut you off and you're mid download it could really piss
you off... or mid-anything for that matter...

I think it's pretty low personally and only a short step away from cutting
you off from the service entirely for being a heavy user, which many ISPs
seem to think is perfectly acceptable.

After years of suffering crap service by trying out various ISPs, I've come
to the conclusion that I'd rather pay a bit more and have a reliable
service.
