It has been drawn to our notice that someone has been making
defamatory remarks about our company and our Webmaster Partnership Offer
on this service.

As whoever this individual was ,did not have the courage or courtesy to =
contact
us directly and ask us about his or her misgivings or misinterpretation =
of our offer
and I have not been sent a copy of the post ,all that I can do to =
repudiate and calm any
suspicions is to outline the general principal of our offer and let you =
judge for yourself.

Let me put the record straight, our Company Speedyking.tv has approached =
a large number of=20
Web Designers and Graphic Artists to join them in a Webmaster =
Partnership to design and
Manage upwards of Five Hundred Adult Websites.

In order to complete this task on time we have approached every =
Designer,( good or bad
we don't know at this stage),that we could find on legitimate sites like =
Freelancers and asked=20
them to consider our offer.
=20
Those that want to participate are asked to use our registered names to =
design the first
three pages of a eight to ten page shell site.
=20
The obvious reason for this is that by the time they have submitted =
three pages
we and more importantly they will know if they have a talent for this =
kind of work and
weather they are wasting their time and ours, "its called filtering in =
the real world".

The Artists And Designers that get through the Filter will then be asked =
to carry on with
their project.
When completed and before it goes live they will receive a contract to =
specifically manage=20
that site and any further offers of work will be on the same basis .

That basis ,and this is what I imagine the poster to be suspicious of =
,is this

We offer our Design Partners instead of upfront fees ,an "Ongoing Sales =
Commission" based
on the Membership and Repeat Membership of the number of Subscriptions =
that their URL generates .

Now that may be a little too close to the raw commercial edge for some =
of you and we state in all
our literature that we understand that this kind of deal is not for =
everyone ,some of you will never fly
with out a safety net and we understand that these terms are probably =
unfamiliar in your area of
business ,but that dose not give anyone the right to say we are trying =
to rip designers off .

Our Partners will over a period of time earn far more this way than they =
ever would on a straight fee deal=20
and we think we are offering a unique opportunity to those designers =
that have the talent ,self confidence
and time to participate .

If you have these attributes you have nothing to fear ,our Company is =
open and above board ,we answer all
your mails the same day if not the same hour and our motto is "We are =
here"=20

Finally I would say this, E commerce is not the steady cash cow some of =
you have been lead to believe,
It is evolving and with it new and unfamiliar payment structures and =
opportunities will emerge ,

If we can be accused of anything it is of "pushing open the doors to =
those new opportunities"
You may not like what you see beyond ,but please don't accuse us of =
ripping you off .
