There shouldn't be a problem with file download size with Freeserve - I
looked into the Freeserve terms and conditions for a customer a while back.
But check that you haven't inadvertently set up any message rules if you're
using OE that will refuse to send/receive at file sizes larger than 400k.

It sounds obscure and unlikely I know, but was in fact the case for the
customer in question!!
