Hey, Damian, when I looked at his site the first thing I did was email =
him offering to redesign it (for a reasonable fee). I pointed out that =
no-one would take it seriously looking that much of a mess, but he got =
really stroppy! One of the least offensive things he said was (and I =
quote, without fear of legal retribution) "Thanks for your offer but we =
are looking for graphic designers not critics".
I'd give this lot a very wide berth and don't mind who quotes me on it, =
as I have a collection of emails to back up my opinion. As for legal =
threats...... JD I would not take them seriously.

PS - I've looked at 'othervision' a few times and got nothing but a =
black screen, either. Now that might be some arty joke, but as a demo of =
Flash capabilities it's not happenin'.

Subject: Re: FN-FORUM legal matter - please help

I got his e-mail a few times but ignored them, judging by the website =
of theirs (no name mentioned in case :) they look dodgy as hell.

If they had any money they would have got a decent designer to build =
their site so I wouldn't worry, I think his aunties or something did it.

Nobody can sue me for that now can they :-)

Regards
Damian Thomas
