Hmm, seems a bit extravagant - buying a Mac just to test stuff
cross-platform...
Personally I'd go down the route of finding a mate who works on Macs and
then ask them nicely to check it for you... or is there another reason why
you want one?
If I remember correctly, I bought my old Mac (years ago) from Mac Warehouse.
