Hi Norman,
Yes you are correct in your assumption. A friend of mine was given a copy
and some templates to keep his site up to date. To be honest I didn't much
like that solution.
Your idea is interesting, though for a simple site I'd suggest using
something a free template site like coolebiz which can be readily changed
(no consultancy fees though !)
I wonder whether DW could cope with a complex site?
