Can anyone assist with this one?

My client wants to set up an online photo gallery, that is password
protected. To get a password and username, you need to pay a £10 fee, which
connects to a worldpay account. This username and password then becomes
delted from the databse after a period of 1 month. Does anyone know of a
one stop solution for this that's fully automated?
