theres a program called Mac Drive - i think you can download a 30 day trial

I used them a while ago (actually almost a year), and they provided me with
reasonable service. The only major drawback is that you have to dial up
through there servers (1p / min) to FTP....

Use something like PHP or ASP and download the file to your webserver giving
it a randomly generated name so you do not accident overwrite somebody
else's.

I remember working for a firm who didn't want to fork out for Exchange so
they would save their calendars as web pages and put the HTML files into a
shared folder on the network. Not the best option...
