mobile phone ring tones

I have been requested to set up a mobile ringtone and picture service =
for a client. I have the software to create both the ring tones and =
pictures, however am unsure of how to set it up on their website that =
people click on a link and enter their phone number to acquire the =
tongtone/picture.

If anyone knows of a method to do this, it would be much appreciated
