VCF card attached to email messages

I have been receiving messages lately with a 'business card' attached.
(including one from a recruitment 'consultant' ... do you think he will take
the time to give me advice on how to do this ? - that was a joke, not a very
good one)

Does anyone know how to achieve this (come on Johnny, I know you know)

I know how to create the VCF files, but how do I make it embed itself to all
the messages I send out?

Any ideas please.
