It's very unlikely she'll ever need it. I think you only use it if you
do an uninstall/reinstall and something goes wrong. She won't miss it.

I think the moral of this story is ALWAYS check for hoaxes before taking

It sounds like a good idea, but if you charge a client a fee you are
