Technically, the 2000 server product is different from the 2000 pro
product. A workstation (pro) can run server services (web, file/print

Unix/Linux/Apache servers are far more robust, reliable, leaner, meaner,
cheaper and faster than Microsoft NT/IIS. A lot of people use Microsoft
webservers not because they offer significant benefits...

unix is a lot nippier, and better at running cgi scripts. You can't run asp
on unix without the aid of a third party software such as chillisoft.
