Thanks for the offer of help (and to the other chap who's posted - I've
just got the digest so I'm sorry I haven't mentioned you by name) but
I've been absolutely inundated with responses and I think I'd better
stop asking for contributions now .

I'm working my way through the emails just now - I wasn't expecting so
many and replying is taking a wee bit longer than expected. If anybody
has emailed me directly and hasn't heard back I'll write to you this
evening, I promise :-)
