If you're self-employed you don't fall under IR35.
If you can find all your work yourself you don't fall under IR35.
It's only if you rely on agencies who uniformly insist that you have a

yup, ive had this too .... dwts are notoriously shaky, and we ended up
scrapping the whole thing and doing it in asp instead which was way
smoother.
