It's not really my domain, but a T1 sounds somewhat like overkill.
T2 or ADSL might be worth a look. ISDN I'm confident would be too slow...

The problem is that some people will put a space before a comma. This method
will then count the comma as a word.
The intended use is to count keywords, seperated by commas.
