Mailing list software

Hi all

We've got a client who is presently taking subscriptions to their newsletter
through their website. At the moment they have the ability to create a
complete list of email addresses through the website backend, which they
then dump into OE, however the list is growing and it looks like the time is
coming to get a dedicated solution. What we're bascially after is a
solution, hosted or otherwise, which will handle all the mailing list
functionality. Ideally subscribers can be added via an email from the
website, and ppl can unsubscribe via a reply to the email. Being able to
handle groups would be very usefull as well (ie sending mails to only
certain members of the complete list). Handy reporting would be quite
helpfull as well.

Can anyone suggest any possible solutions?
