Ufortuantely not. You can put the base OS on an intel machine, but not the
gui layer. Try Linux or BSD with KDE or GNOME for a stable gui OS that'll
run for months without throwing up, but say goodbye to most of your
applications.
Until Dreamweaver et al have competition that runs on Linux were all stuck
with sub-optimal desktops :(
