nice idea.... but I don't have fireworks / don't have time to learn it
anyway.

Besides I can still do the same in Image Ready, but IR takes ages to load
and its a bit overkill if you just want to quickly save an ickle
gif rather than slice it and chop it. Same goes for fireworks really.
