Or Alternatively you can use the following methods.

1. If you have Sendmail lor similar MTA then implement the following in the
access file.


@spammer.address.com ERROR "550 Account Disabled"


As the error message appears to look like a genuine ISP reject the Spammer
will remove you quickly from most lists as they dont want to appear in that
ISPs log file or so they imagine.


2. Create a rewrite rule that just send a copy of the spam to that account,
the [EMAIL REMOVED] the [EMAIL REMOVED] in the mesage


3. Add their address to a bunch of 'send me news' sites and other spam
sites.




I used a similar tactic when both BT and my ISP were unable to locate and
fix a problem I had with Dial Up Access. I mailed them a Large text file
that explained my Grievance, details the logs and clarified that I would
send this in the following increments whilst the problem is outstanding.

Step one Mail Every Two Days for Week One
Step two Mail every day for Week two
Step three Mail every 6 Hours for Week three
Step four Mail every Hour for Week Four.

Funnily Enough by Day 4 of Week two the problem disappeared. I was accused
of Spamming by my ISP, a matter which was quickly accepted once I pointed
out consumer rights to complain. And Neither service provider was able to
clairfy who resolved the problem.

Similarly I had a customer who just did not want to pay or talk to me , so I
hammered their mail accounts with a similar procedure pointing out that I
cant seem to contact anyone. By day four the Cheque Arrived.

Im not sure about the legal implications in all this however I feel there is
little difference between sending the email or making the repetitive phone
calls, the only difference is the Mail will cost them more than the Phone
call will you.
