I'm not technical, but at my previous place of work we had a computer set to
be a server, I think it had to be an NT box to do that. The actual computer
was still used by its owner to work on, but i accessed it across our network
and it was seen as a server. That way the shtml files that i was working on
would function properly for testing. BUT I had to work on another PC, and my
Mac could not identify the NT box as a server.
Sorry if I'm telling you the obvious!
